Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment shall consist of five members having designated seats one through five with such numbers corresponding with a Commission seat. Each member shall be a citizen and registered voter of the City and each appointment by the respective Commission member occupying the corresponding numbered seat shall be subject to Commission ratification.
