Comprehensive Plan Update

Following the adoption and Department of Community Affairs approval of the Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) completed in April 2007, the City has officially begun its updates to the Comprehensive Plan. Updates to the Comprehensive Plan are derived from recommendations and mandated requirements across the major elements including Land Use, Transportation, Housing, Infrastructure, Conservation, Recreation and Open Space, Intergovernmental, Capital Improvements and Public Schools Facilities.

The City has contracted with Planning Communities LLC to complete our Comprehensive Plan Updates. Regular updates on the project can be available on this page and will include project milestones, meeting notices and reports.
