Welcome to Land and Permits
The public is welcome to enter the City of Winter Springs' land and permitting systems to view the most current information for applications, permits, and inspections on record with our City.

Access to Land & Permit Information
As more functions and features are implemented their status will be provided in this section of the website.
Information Lookup is initiated by selecting that portion of the system that contains the information of interest. For example, on the Main Menu select the Land Information System or Permitting System. The Land Information System will display property information and includes a link to Permits that have been issued related to the property. The Permitting System provides access to the related land information for the property related to the permit being viewed. The links in the page header will provide the access. No login is required for view only access.
Search Functions offer a variety of choices on all menu selection pages. The user has the ability to use wild cards ('%' or '_') as part of the search criteria to increase the success rate for locating the sought after information. When a search request returns more than 20 items, there is a 'next button' to view the remainder of the list. On selected searches, the user has the ability to reorder the list in descending or ascending order based on the selected columns by clicking on the column heading.
A navigational bar at the top of each page allows the user to move between menus and other parts of the City's website.
A logon is not required for viewing. For those with update privileges, staff members only, the system will automatically sign them off within 24 hours if they close the browser before logging off. The logon status will be retained until that time even though the user closes the browser and then reconnects to the web site at a later time.

Permitting System includes approval processes and applications administered by the City as described by permit type. The Permitting System provides access to the following data:
- Permit Type and Number
- Permit Type Description
- Permit Issued, Entered and Completed Dates
- Permit Addresses, as applicable
- Scope of Permit
- Applicant Information
- Contact Information
- Permit Owner Information
- Professional Information
- Structural Classification, as applicable to building permits
- Quantity Groups and Quantity Detail Codes
- Conditions of Approval
- Inspection History and Corrections
- Activities (Clearance Checklist)

In the Permitting System, the user can search using the following criteria:
- Permit Type and Number
- Parcel Address
- Professionals
- Applicant
- Project number and description
- Date range of permit issuance
- Active, Inactive or All permit statuses
