Customer Service
The Customer Service Department is responsible for coordinating between planning, building, engineering and public works for new or existing permits, variance applications, and new site plan applications, etc. The division is comprised of licensing, addressing, permitting, zoning and arbor. Questions on zoning issues, application for permits, need for new address assignments, tree related concerns and occupational license filing and requirements are addressed by the Customer Service Staff.

Our objectives include the hiring of people who are properly trained and competent to interact with clients and who keep abreast of changes in practices to assure the delivery of up-to-date and accurate information to the development community and the general public.
