The City of Winter Springs Online Utility Bill Payment System will undergo a cosmetic change starting February 1, 2010. When you enter the site, you will notice that the site looks different. If you previously had a UserID and Password, those will be the same and you can use those to enter the site. If you are a new user, you will need to contact the Utility Billing Department at 407-327-5996 or utilitybills@winterspringsfl.org to set up your UserID and Password. Please be aware that there is a $6.50 convenience fee per transaction for this service.
