The Customer Service Department is responsible for coordinating between building, planning, arbor, engineering and public works for new or existing building and land development permit applications. The division is also responsible for business tax receipt certificates, arbor permits and licensing, addressing, and zoning.

Our objective is to provide the highest level of Customer Service to the public by continuing to properly educate and train permitting staff.
