Building and Permits
The Winter Springs Building Division is responsible for ensuring the public life safety and welfare through the enforcement of federal, state, and local codes governing construction. Our staff reviews plans, issues building permits, and performs inspections to ensure Code compliance related to aspects of life-safety, structural integrity, handicap accessibility, and electrical, plumbing, fuel gas, heating and air conditioning systems and energy.

FOR PERMITS NOT REQUIRING BUILDING PLAN REVIEW

The Permit Specialist will then review your Permit Request. If the application is accepted then you will be sent an Invitation to login to the ePlans ProjectDox Plan Review System with a Temporary Password.
Submit the Building Plans and all the required Documents electronically into the ePlans ProjectDox Plan Review System. The plan review department will begin the review process of your project.
