The City of Winter Springs Neighborhood Improvement Grant Program is designed to assist Neighborhood Groups within the City limits who desire to enhance landscape amenities in the community in which they reside. A project of this kind allows Citizens to partner with local government in the beautification enhancement process and therefore directly affect the surrounding community for years to come.
