The Code Enforcement Division is responsible for helping to enhance the quality of life within our community and neighborhoods through proactive and balanced enforcement of city codes. Members of the division are interested in working with residents and business owners to achieve voluntary compliance through education and cooperative efforts by the community.

An appointment is necessary to obtain property from our Property and Evidence Section.
The Records Department is staffed with dedicated people who keep up with the maintenance of the reporting of incidents and calls for service. The Records Department also handles requests for copies of police reports available to the public, fingerprinting services for the community, and local background checks. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
The Winter Springs Police Department takes a proactive stance on traffic enforcement because we know this has a direct effect on crime and traffic crashes. The proactive approach can only be effective with information provided by our community.
