Pam Carroll
Former Winter Springs Deputy Mayor & Commission

Commissioner Pam Carroll served our community since moving to Winter Springs in 1992. Pam’s dedication to our city can be seen through her efforts with the City’s   Senior  Center, the Winter Springs Festival of Arts, Take Stock in Children, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee, the GROWS Literacy Council, and Tuscawilla’s HOA, just to name a few. Her dedication went beyond her duties of any board or committee. Pam cared deeply and paid close attention to anyone who brought a       concern her way. Pam’s legacy will live on through her two children, young adults whom she mentored, Winter Springs Festival of Arts, the publication Tuscawilla  Today, and the residents of Winter Springs. The City will forever be thankful for all of her contributions. Below is a quote which Pam most certainly lived by.

“I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.”  ~ William Penn

Thank you, Pam - for your dedication to our community!
