The Winter Springs Senior Center is a Recreation Center for seniors ages 55 and up.

The Senior Center offers a variety of programs and other unique opportunities for seniors to connect with each other. 

We also offer an indoor heated therapy pool.

Sweating with Helen
One hour low impact, high-intensity cardio working all parts of the body. Participate at your own pace, standing or sitting. Bring hand weights & mat. $2.00 donation.

Tai Chi
A healing meditation art that combines many gentle movements with Qi (energy) circulation, breathing, and stretching.

Chair Yoga
A unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions and poses through creative use of a yoga chair. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body. Suitable for all fitness levels. $2.00 donation per class.

Mat Yoga
Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress. Bring a mat. $2.00 donation per class

Zumba Gold
A modified Zumba class for active older adults, that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. $2.00 donation per class.
