The City Of Winter Springs has upgraded to a new system for permits and inspections called Civic Access Portal, effective May 1, 2024. This new portal system will more efficiently meet citizens' needs in our growing city. Residents and contractors can now apply for permits, planning applications, business tax receipts, and schedule inspections online.
